Refund policy

All items except custom orders are eligible to be returned. Returning items must be new and unused. A request for return must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order. Refunds will be in the form of an exchange or store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost (unless the order is being returned for an error on our behalf).

Order cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
